Roy Lynn Barney

Roy Lynn Barney, 68, Chubbuck, passed away, May 23, 2023.

Survived by his wife of 40 years Joan, his children Sara, Heather (George), Jacob (Shaylee), and Elizabeth and seven grandchildren Dean, Ryker, Asher, Sophaleah, Sienna, Alexander and Elesa.

Roy was the 4th son of 6 children born to Sylvia West (1959) and Roy Lorenzo Barney (1970). Survived by his older brothers David (Ann) William Clifford (Edna) and his younger sister Debbie (Bill). His sister Lois (1982) and his brother West (2005) predeceased him. He loved his many nieces and nephews and cousins from and had a special relationship with each of them.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 26th at 11 AM in the Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello. Family will receive friends one hour prior. Burial will take place at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery - Blackfoot.
