Robert Wolfenbarger Obituary

Robert "Scott" Wolfenbarger, 51, passed away on May 21, 2023. He was born November 2, 1971 to Robert W. Wolfenbarger and Joni Lym Wolfenbarger in Pocatello, Idaho.

Scott attended grades 1-6 at Lewis and Clark Elementary, 7-9 at Alameda Junior High and graduated from Pocatello High School in 1990.

He attended Oklahoma State University on a baseball scholarship, attended Long Beach College and Idaho State University. He was an outstanding athlete at PHS, playing baseball, basketball and football. As quarterback his senior year, the PHS Indians were undefeated and won the state championship. He worked in banking, sales and finance. He was an outstanding coach in Little League Football and Baseball.

He is survived by his father Robert (Lyla), his sons Tyler and Ethan, as well as many cousins, aunts and uncles. He is also survived by many friends and teammates.

The family would like to thank Monte Vista Hills and Portneuf Medical Center for their dedicated care and support.

Cremation has been completed. His ashes will be blessed in a ceremony at Grace Lutheran Church. A celebration of life will be held on July 15 from 2:00-4:00PM at The Outback on Pocatello Creek Road in Pocatello.
