Robert "Rob" Dwain Winter, 64, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away on May 27th, 2021 at his home of natural causes.
Rob worked for Guy Nielson Company for many, many years as a brick finisher. When he wasn't working, he was busy working on restoring old cars. He loved holidays, especially celebrating the Fourth of July with his family. He was a family man who played a major role in the lives of his loved ones. He lovingly cared for his mother until the end of her life in 2016.
Rob was preceded in death by his father, Robert Leroy Winter; his mother, Lillian Joan Jones; his stepson Matthew Cook; his grandparents Ted and Susie Winter, and Lillian Slaugh and Robert Jones; and his cousins Mike Jones, Karon Thompson, and Linda Smith.
He is survived by his sister, DeeAnn Brammer; his brother, Russell (Sandy) Winter; his nephews August (Tess) Winter, Nathaniel (Kenzie) Winter, Ryan (Holly) Winter, and Brandon (Nicole) Winter; his nieces, Charissa Brammer, Kali (Miguel) Luna, and Alyssa Winter; and many cousins and grand nieces and nephews.
Rob was loved and will be deeply missed. A graveside service will be held in his honor at Mountain View Cemetery in Pocatello on Friday, June 4th at 3 pm.
