Lovell Norene Howarter

Lovell Tharp Howarter, 89, of Pocatello, passed away Friday October 1, 2021 at Elegant Living Center in Pocatello. Lovell was born July 25, 1932 in Phoenix, AZ to Albert and Mona (Rhoades) Tharp.
She lived the remainder of her life in Pocatello, Idaho. She loved gardening, traveling, cooking, and her family. She was a proud member of the Living Waters CHurch here in Pocatello.
On June 7, 1951, she married Robert M. Howarter. They had 4 children, Robert (Bobby), Diana (Jean), Mona Cile, and June.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Albert and Mona (Rhoades) Tharp, two brothers, Bobby Tharp, and Myrle Tharp. Her sister Deloris Wilson, son Robert (Bobby) Howarter, and her 2 daughters, Diana (Jean) Fox and Mona Cile Howarter.
Services will be held Friday, October 15th at 2pm in the Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello. Family will receive friends Thursday, October 14th from 5-7pm and one hour prior to services on Friday. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Section 49W
Following the burial there will be a potluck dinner at the Living Waters Christian Fellowship Church, 2055 Garrett Way, Pocatello ID 83201
