Kathy Lyn Capell

Kathy Lyn Capell passed away peacefully at home on May 14, 2018 in McCammon, Idaho at the age of 56. Kathy was born on March 19th 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Alton Hatch and Emma Jean Hatch. She attended North Gem High School and later married Kevin Mac Capell. Kevin and Kathy began their journey together in Provo Utah and later moved to McCammon, Idaho. Kathy and Kevin enjoyed camping and most anything outdoors. The couple welcomed three boys into their lives. Kathy worked at the Veterans home as well as other assisted living facilities as a cook for several years. Kathy had a very caring demeanor; she was the kind of woman that would give a complete stranger the shirt off her back if they needed it. Kathy had several friends that she has touched their lives and that have touched hers in several ways.
Kathy Capell is survived by her three sons Josh and Angie Capell of Boise, Idaho, Joe Capell of Pocatello, Idaho, and Jedediah and Nicole Capell of McCammon, Idaho as well as her brother Nick Hatch of Bancroft, Idaho, and her sister Molly Hatch of Blackfoot, Idaho and her grandson Kevin Mac Capell. She is preceded in death by her father Alton Hatch and her mother Emma Jean Hatch.
