Jaren "Jay" "Too Sweet" Austin Goering
Jay was born November 17, 1999, in Des Moines Iowa.
When Jay was 13, he moved to Idaho with his family. It was there that Jay met his lifelong brothers "the boys." You could catch Jay and the boys doing parkour all over the downtown area of Idaho Falls. One day Jay walked into the YMCA and met someone who would become a mentor and a best friend to Jay, Max. Max took Jay under his wing and helped him become the man he was.
Jay had a smile and laugh that was contagious to everyone. He wanted to take care of everyone around him. That smile and laugh will be missed.
Jay is survived by the love of his life, fiancé Savanna Hess of Idaho Falls. His fur-children Ahsoka, Chewie, Dani, and Ellie.
His loving mom and dad, Stacie and Adam Sweetow of Las Vegas, NV. His father Jared Goering of MT. Sisters Paige, Jaida, and Shae. Brothers Easton and Gunner. Nephew Kai. His mentor and life coach Max. His group "the boys" and many more friends and family.
A celebration of life will be held in Idaho Falls at a later date and another one will be held in Las Vegas on Jays birthday, November 17th.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes for donations to be made in Jay Austin's name to Phantom MMA and Fitness in Pocatello Idaho.
