March 13, 2021 8:52 PMSamantha & Joshua,
Your dad loved to talk with me about you and your work and how very proud he was that you both chose to follow paths of joy in your work. He said he didn’t completely understand, but always trusted your choices ;-)
I’ve known Gary nearly 20 years and treasure him in my heart. Gary believed in me and my potential and was very encouraging. He challenged me, adored my kids and always made me think. He was a champion & fighter for what was right & always willing to “fight the man” if needed.
Gary loved soldiers and the mission of the Army Reserve & was proud to be part of it in such an important way.
He will be missed!

March 8, 2021 1:10 PMI am so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. I must have first met Gary when he and I were about 4 or 5. I lived at 739 Van Siclen Avenue, he lived two buildings down. He, my brother, and I, and others, hung around on the block we grew up on, while we grew up. We were in each others houses many times over the years. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, when he moved to New Jersey and I to Long Island in our teens we lost touch for many years. G-D Bless him and his family, May his memory be for a blessing, always.
