Marsha Louise Cutter, 68, McCammon, passed away, Dec.10, 2017 at a local medical center. She was born in San Diego, California, Feb. 26, 1949 to Ralph and Shirley Munson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She is survived by husband of 45 years, Tom; 2 sons, David and Travis; a brother, Mel; and 5 grandchildren.
