Surrounded by his loving wife and family, Scott L. Johnson, 61, of Pocatello, passed away at home of natural causes on August 24, 2016. Scott was born on January 3, 1955 in Orange County, California to Charles Johnson (deceased) and Carol Buzzell Casey (Norco, California.) Scott graduated from Katella High School in Anaheim, California. He played football, baseball, and basketball. He joined the Armed Services for 2 years and was honorably discharged. His passions were old coins, swords, restoring antique radios, and collecting John Wayne Memorabilia.
He worked for Lamb Weston for 10 years and for the ISU Grounds Department for 11 years at which time he retired.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Johnson of Pocatello; mother-in-law, Donna Wilde of Pocatello; 2 brothers, Barry Casey of Norco, California and Tim (Michelle) Casey of Phoenix, Arizona; a sister, Laura (Dave) Roper of Kuna, Idaho; children, Alecia Johnson of Pocatello and Jesse (Carrie) Jenkins of Pocatello, William (Sara) Johnson of Pocatello, James Curtis of Pocatello; plus 5 more grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many, many more family and friends that love him dearly.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 28 at 7pm in the Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello, 232-0542, where family will receive friends one hour prior. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.cornelisonfh.com
