Donald G. Murray, 70, Pocatello, passed away, June 16, 2017 after a long illness with close family by his side. He was born in Rigby, ID on November 10th, 1946 to Jack L. and Grace Browning Murray.
He attended ISU in his 20's and taught pottery classes there. He worked several industries including construction and house painting, but he enjoyed sales work the most.
Don had a great sense of humor and brought laughter to many. He was a skilled poker and chess player. Anyone that knew Don was aware of his love of fishing. He leaves behind his wife, Nancy; his daughter Nicky Laufenberg; 3 beautiful grandchildren, Abbey, Lilah, and Henry; Edmond Morrison, who was like a son to Don; a niece; and 4 nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Don requested that no funeral service be held. The family will be holding a gathering in his honor this summer.
